How do I transition my pup onto Eureka?Updated a month ago

Our digestive care recipes are more nutritionally dense than traditional kibble, with more protein, essential nutrients, and calories per gram. You might notice you're putting less in their bowl!

Because Eureka is nutrient-dense and air-dried, it can be richer than some other dog food on the market - so a slow intro helps your pup adjust to the flavour and digestibility. To avoid tummy upset, we recommend a slow transition over 7-10 days:

  • Days 1–3: 25% Eureka, 75% current food
  • Days 4–6: 50% Eureka, 50% current food
  • Days 7–9: 75% Eureka, 25% current food
  • Day 10+: 100% Eureka!

If you're mixing Eureka with their old diet, you can transition quicker based on the amount you plan to feed. It's normal for your dog to have soft stools for 1-2 weeks as their gut adjusts. Read more about our transition advice here.

Always keep an eye on their stool and energy levels, and feel free to reach out if you need support along the way! 🐾 ✨
