An item is missing from my order - what should I do?Updated a month ago

Oh no, that’s not what we want for you. We do our best to make sure every order is carefully packed in our warehouse, but occasionally mistakes can happen.

If something is missing from your order, please reach out to us with your order number and the name of the item you didn’t receive. A quick photo of everything you did receive can also help us investigate faster.

We’ll look into it right away and arrange for the missing item to be sent out as quickly as possible.
