Can I update my address after placing an order?Updated a month ago

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, you can update it in your account settings any time before your order is processed.

If your order has already been processed but hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. We’ll do our best to update the shipping label before it’s dispatched.

Once your order has shipped and tracking is live, we’re unable to re-route it, so we recommend checking your details carefully and keeping your address up to date in your subscription dashboard.
