How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

We’re sorry to hear your pup isn’t enjoying their food.

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do this directly in your Account Dashboard:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click Manage Subscription

3. Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription

4. Confirm your cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled, you won’t receive any further orders.
