How do I log in to my account?

You can log in to your account by clicking the "Account" button on our website and entering the email address you used to place your order or start your subscription.

I can't access my dashboard - what should I do?

Head to our website and click the account icon in the top right corner. Log in using the email address you used for your first subscription order.

When I will be charged?

Your subscription is recurring and follows the delivery frequency you selected when you signed up, for example every 6 weeks.

How do I update my subscription payment details?

You can update your payment information directly in your Account Dashboard.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If your subscription payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification prompting you to update your payment method.

How do I change my recipe or flavour?

Switching things up is easy. You can update your recipe any time before your next order is processed.

How do I change my product size?

Need a bigger bag or scaling down? No problem. You can update your bag size any time before your next order is processed.

How do I add something to my next order?

It’s easy! Log in to your Account Dashboard. Go to your Upcoming Order. Click Add to Order under the product you’d like to include.

How do I change my order date?

Log in to your Account Dashboard. Go to your Upcoming Order. Click Reschedule.

How do I update my order frequency?

You can adjust your schedule anytime before your next order is processed. Log in to your Account Dashboard. Click View & Manage Order. Select Edit.

How do I skip my upcoming order?

You can skip it in just a few clicks. Log in to your Account Dashboard. Click View & Manage Order. Select Edit. Under More Actions, choose Skip Next Order.

How do I merge multiple subscriptions?

If you have more than one subscription, you can align them so they ship together. Log in to your Account Dashboard and Review your active subscriptions.

I created a duplicate subscription. What should I do?

To cancel a duplicate subscription:. Log in to your Account Dashboard. Review your active subscriptions. Select the duplicate subscription and click Edit Subscription. Choose Cancel My Subscription and confirm.

Can I still have my subscription delivered if I’m moving or going on holiday?

If you’d like your next order delivered to a different address, please update your shipping details in your Account Dashboard.

Can I swap between different Eureka recipes?

Absolutely! To give your pup a varied diet of different proteins, you can rotate recipes each month through the "swap" feature on your Dashboard.

How do I pause my subscription or put it on hold?

You can pause your subscription by either skipping your next order or rescheduling it to a later date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do this directly in your Account Dashboard.

What should I do if I accidentally signed up for a subscription I do not want?

Log in to your Account Dashboard where you can make changes to your subscription, including cancelling it before your next order is processed.
