What happens if my subscription payment fails?Updated a month ago
If your subscription payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification prompting you to update your payment method.
Once you’ve added valid payment details, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again in 6 days.
If you’d prefer not to wait, you can log in to your Account Dashboard and either reschedule your next order or click the “Order Now” button to process it immediately.
If you continue receiving payment failure notifications, please double-check that your payment details are correct. If everything looks right and the issue persists, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
