How do I update my subscription payment details?Updated a month ago
You can update your payment information directly in your Account Dashboard:
Go to Account Details
Click Manage Payment Methods
Select Edit on your preferred payment method
Follow the secure link sent to your email to update your details
If you’re seeing an error message while trying to update your payment information, try repeating the steps above to generate a fresh edit link.
If it still doesn’t work, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate straight away.
For security reasons, all payment details are securely stored by Shopify. This means payment updates can only be completed by you through the secure link sent via email.
