First, head to our website and click the account icon in the top right corner. Log in using the email address you used for your first subscription order. If you’re unsure which email that was, search your inbox for a past order confirmation to confirm the correct address.
If you’re a first-time subscriber, make sure you’ve activated your account using the Customer Account Activation link sent to you when you first subscribed. During activation, you’ll be prompted to create a password, which gives you access to your dashboard.
If you’re an existing subscriber and seeing an error message when logging in, check whether your browser is set to private or incognito mode. This can sometimes cause login issues, particularly on Apple devices. Switching to a regular browsing window may resolve the problem.
