How do I pause my subscription or put it on hold?Updated a month ago

You can pause your subscription by either skipping your next order or rescheduling it to a later date.

To do this:

  1. Log in to your Account Dashboard

  2. Click View & Manage Order

  3. Select Edit

  4. Click More Actions

  5. Choose Skip or Reschedule

Just make sure you make changes before your order is processed.
