How does the Eureka subscription work?Updated a month ago

Our subscription is flexible and designed to make feeding your dog easy.

Once you subscribe, you can view all upcoming orders in your Account Dashboard and make changes any time before your next order is processed. You can adjust products, quantities, delivery dates or frequency to suit your needs.

Your subscription is recurring from the day you sign up and follows the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every 6 weeks).

Before each renewal, we’ll send you a reminder email at least 24 hours before your next charge. Once payment is processed, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Running low? You can click the “Order Now” button in your dashboard at any time to send your next order early.
