My discount code isn't working. What should I do?Updated a month ago

If your discount code isn’t applying at checkout, try the steps below:

  • Double-check the code is entered exactly as shown (no spaces, and correct spelling)

  • Make sure the code hasn’t expired and meets any minimum spend requirements

  • Some codes only apply to specific products or collections

  • Only one discount code can be used per order

  • Referral codes can only be used on first subscription orders
