What do I do if my order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived?Updated a month ago

If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, we know that can be frustrating.

Please email us with your full delivery address so we can confirm the details on our end. We’ll contact the courier to request proof of delivery and investigate what’s happened. If needed, we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
